The box will measure 6m by 3m, or 18sqm and can accommodate a cardio station (consisting of a treadmill and sometimes, a stationary bike or elliptical machine), a strength station (includes a smith machine and cable machine combination, and a traditional power rack and cable setup), and a dumbbell rack.
Through our app, customers can search for a location on a map and book a workout. A scheduling feature will be included so customers can check availability, reserve a slot and make a payment from anywhere and anytime. When they reach the box, customers will push an ‘open door’ button that connects to their access code via their scheduled booking.
Automated thermal scanners will be installed and customers with high temperatures will be denied entry. Boxes also come equipped with air purifiers and all equipment comes with a layer of anti-microbial coating that is applied daily through an integrated mist release system. Furthermore, all customers will be required to bring their own towels and conduct self-cleaning of the equipment before use.
